The first step is to register with us

We often fill properties before we advertise them, therefore, its best to register with us, so we can let you know as soon as a suitable property becomes available. Our registration form is at the bottom of this page.

Viewings

Due to the number of enquires we receive when we advertise a property, we often book a specific day and time slots for viewings. We do not rent any properties to applicants who have not viewed a property in person.

Once the viewings have been completed, we will pass a summary of all the applicants who expressed an interest in renting the property follwing the viewing to the landlord. They have the final say over who they feel would be the best fit for their property.

Referencing

Once you’re in a position to proceed for a property you’re interested in and the landlord has agreed for us to continue, we then ask you for 1 weeks holding deposit. At this point we stop advertising the property. We will then pass your details onto our referencing agency, where they check your credit rating, affordability, previous landlords and employers refereces.

Rents

Rents are normally quoted calendar monthly, and payable monthly in advance. The tenant is usually also responsible for Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity and Telephone costs. All rents are payable by bank standing order to our company bank account or your landlord’s bank account.

Deposit

A security deposit of a minimum of one month’s rental will normally be required. The deposit is lodged with the Deposit Protection Scheme to cover damage, breakages, and any other liabilities under the terms of your tenancy agreement.
